About Kurt Alderman

I have now had three unique careers, one as an professional athlete, another as a non-profit leader, and now as a photographer. I specialize in Real Estate, portrait photography for couples and families, but I also have background with food photography while working at Life\'s Kitchen. Prior to working in the non-profit industry I was a catcher with the Montreal Expos organization. I went on to work with Ada County Juvenile Court Services, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Ada County, then as the Executive Director at Life\'s Kitchen in Boise. During that time I did a littel \"bird dogging\" with the Florida Marlins before putting baseball behind me. My role now, as a creative, is to capture families and people in their element, together, helping preserve and memorialize accomplishments, unions, and reunions. Delivering imagery worthy of display and providing a memorable experience. I have been a direct service provider, facilities manager, human resources manager, team leader, bus driver, event planner, public speaker, arm chair counselor, advocate, policy writer, cheerleader, board member, evaluator of talent and all that mixed in with being a good family man who loves his wife and two children. Specialties: Program design and evaluation, providing leadership to a growing organization, building capacity, public speaking, fundraising, communications, advocating to disadvantaged populations mixed in with a touch of marketing expertise that is still what I call \"potential\" and just enough technology experience to start a good conversation with someone who has the know-how, only to see that good conversation turn to frustration when my limitations show themselves.
