My work serves the food and processing industries, including fuel ethanol, beverage alcohol, grain processing, farming and livestock, ingredient and equipment suppliers, engineering design and construction, and other affiliated organizations and individuals. My work encompasses preservation, storage, processing, logistics, nutrition, safety, and regulatory domains. I also use techno-economic analysis and life cycle assessment to understand cost and environmental impacts.
