Manage a requisition load focused on ~18 high-priority Technology & Product roles out of a larger 40+ req environment.• Execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to identify qualified technical candidates.• Conduct quick, effective pre‑screen interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and alignment to role requirements.• Review and evaluate resumes for technical fit and communicate recommendations to hiring teams.• Administer and coordinate the Cultural Index as part of the screening process.• Maintain candidate activity and status updates within Workday ATS.• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely movement and communication throughout the recruiting process.• Support basic administrative tasks related to contractor hiring as needed.
