ABOUT MICHAEL KURNOT-MURTHA

Previously I was a Salesforce Scrum Master for Booz Allen Hamilton working on two projects with the Department of Veterans Affairs making access to healthcare easier for our veterans. I am passionate about helping improve the Scrum process on my teams and optimizing our workflows to best suit the needs of our development teams.I have both a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University. Ohio University provided me with many great experiences both as an employee and a student that have prepared me for my professional career. I also worked for Ohio University for eith years. I started out as a Resident Assistant (RA) and was promoted to Assistant Resident Director (ARD), Graduate Assistant (GA), IT Project Coordinator, and eventually IT Project Manager II.My very first job was working for my high school in their AV/theater department and since then I have always put forth 100% in my work. I have also had the opportunity to work in several different departments at Switchback Group, Inc. over the past four years, giving me a well-rounded knowledge of the manufacturing process. Through working there, I experienced reading bills of material, purchasing build materials from various vendors, providing over-the-phone technical support, and migrating and implementing new software in a live work environment.I am always open to connecting and discussing Agile project management and workflow optimization. I am passionate about building a cohesive project team to help drive quilty work products.
