Responsibilities• Rack, stack equipment including commissioning of new racks• Strong structured cabling skills on fiber and copper (e.g looming, term & test)• Airflow management (hot aisle, cold aisle, containment etc.)• Working in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team without friction• Maintain and monitor data center infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.• Perform server rack installations, hardware break-fix, and component replacements as needed.• Troubleshoot network issues and collaborate with engineers to resolve connectivity problems.• Manage and resolve trouble tickets within defined SLAs using directed workflows.• Act as a primary contact for internal teams and external service providers.• Participate in 24x7 shift rotations, responding to emergencies and incidents.• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.• Document technical issues, and root cause analysis, and contribute to process improvements.• Support change management activities and scheduled maintenance tasks.• Assist in training and mentoring new team members on data center operations.
