Kurma Avatar Das (B. Tech. NIT Warangal) had a natural curiosity to know the science behind creation and sustenance of this wonderful universe. This lead him to take up the path of spirituality at quite young age along with his regular academic education of science and engineering from a college of repute. Born in Bilaspur, Chattisgarh, he did his education till 12th from Bilaspur. His spiritual urge kept growing till then. Especially during his JEE preparation year in Kota Rajasthan, he started reading various books on spirituality with the aim of searching for the real truth of life. He used to ask,\"why bad things happen to good people?\" and \"how can we think of enjoying life when our fellow brothers and sisters who don’t have competency are suffering \". Such unanswered questions were constantly arising in his heart. Later he joined B. Tech. program at NIT Warangal. During this time he came across books by HDG Srila Prabhuapda, founder of ISKCON. In these books he got answers to all the questions he was looking for. His desire to help humanity in a dedicated way picked up thereafter. He worked with a MNC for 6 months. Thereafter he was teaching IITJEE physics in Pune. Taking a lot of inspiration from the monks of ISKCON like HG Radheshyam Das, he joined as fulltime celibate monk in ISKCON pune in 2011 to spread the message of Gita to a wider audience. Currently he travels across India to guide and inspire the young inquisitive engineers in the science of self realization. He has been mentoring students from various esteemed engineering colleges in India including IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, NIT Warangal, NIT Surathkal, IET Lucknow and HBTI Kanpur. He also keeps touch with students in Santa Clara (SAN JOSE), Southern Columbia University and Stanford through Skype and emails. Apart from his mentoring services, he also takes care Children program, Teenage Boys program. By encouraging them to develop positive habits and leadership skills.
