Solution Design and Architecture:» Collaborate with clients to identify and translate their business requirements into scalable and efficient solution designs.» Design innovative and effective solutions that meet clients\' needs using Certinia PSA and ERP systems.» Ensure the solutions align with industry best practices and leverage the capabilities of Certinia PSA and ERP and related technologies.Project Oversight and Guidance of Consultants:» Lead and oversee Certinia PSA and ERP implementations, providing guidance and support to a team of consultants throughout the project lifecycle.» Communicate project deliverables, milestones, and status updates to project managers and clients.» Ensure the timely and successful delivery of clients\' requirements by coordinating with consultants and addressing any technical challenges.Communication with Project Managers and Clients:» Serve as a key point of contact for project managers and clients, establishing and maintaining strong working relationships.» Engage in regular communication to understand project needs, address concerns, and provide updates on project progress.» Communicate technical details in non-technical terms, ensuring clear understanding and alignment between clients and the technical team.Scoping and Estimation of Projects:» Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.» Conduct comprehensive project estimations, considering resource requirements, timelines, and potential risks.» Provide accurate and detailed scoping documentation to ensure transparency and alignment with clients\' expectations.
