   Responsible for managing the HR shared Service- Core HR for the client along with 23 team members.• Ensure adherence to SLAs as agreed between Genpact and the client.• Monitor and resolve day to day issues & escalations, if any, by coordinating with the Onshore team & Process owners.• Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideas.• Provide coaching and mentoring to the team and encourage them to maintain high service standards.• Preparing and presenting Governance decks and dashboards to the client, seek their inputs and implement them.• Work closely with client process owners to ensure that any process changes / updates are communicated timely to the team members in India.• Join client connects (weekly, bi-weekly and monthly) for discussing the process updates, projects, issues and work together for excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.• Work with Genpact stakeholder to achieve business metrics and be proactive in forecasting resource requirements, operational challenges.• Closely monitor SOPs Risk Review, flag it to the client immediately if noticed (risk or change) and make sure to incorporate the same into the SOP for achieving 100% accuracy.• Monitor and ensure the training plan for new hires and internal knowledge transfer executed timely with no knowledge gap.• Regular conduct one o ones for the week using 3 steps method (achievements, focus areas and challenges).• Responsible for team award nominations (spot, monthly and quarterly) based on their performance plus VOC. Also execute their annual appraisals backed by data, behavior, peer feedback and improvement areas.
