I am a tax lawyer qualified to practice in Ontario and New York, currently focusing on tax issues related to executive compensation and pensions. In addition to my legal practice, I have years of experience working with investors and corporations on financial advisory and deal transactions.I have a proven track record of solving tax issues for taxpayers with diverse backgrounds, sizes, forms, and complexities, presenting solutions and results that align with their best interests and expectations.
