Hershey is one of the largest chocolate manufacturers in the world. I was employed as a Senior IT PM within the IT and HR unit.As Lead PM, I closed many projects for the Hershey company including, tracking Success Factors dependencies due to S4 Hana system transition. I also led the effort to fix 72 issues related to Mexico Payroll’s system. In addition, I managed the integration of all the technology that will be used on Hershey’s newest plant. Other initiatives I led include the migration of international company codes, system integration due to system vendor implementation, amongst others. Managed dependencies related to Success Factors modules that were tracked as project tasks because of the SAP ECC to S4 Hana system transition Dependencies included changes to admin functions, security/role-based permissions, user notifications, route maps, form attributes across performance, recruiting, employee central and onboarding. Partner with senior IT and HCM leadership to refine technology roadmap and align to support HCM objectives while adhering to architectural standards Accountable for overall project financials, timeline, and business success through managing client and consulting of resources Assisted with creation of PMO templates, status reports, steering committee presentations, and lesson learned data Led PM activities for Project Sunday ($200 m project) – the building of a new plant, that would increase the manufacturing and expansion of Reese’s peanut butter cups across the US and beyond. This project had to navigate manufacturing, infrastructure, and technical components to support the staff and output that will be generated from the facility Supported PMO by training resources, stakeholders to utilize tools & templates, status reports, budget reconciliation, resource analysis, portfolio updates, and best practices for project management adherence.
