Designer (P3 Panels)• Develop detailed wall panel layouts using CAD or specialized design software Vertex BD.• Optimize designs for structural integrity, cost-effectiveness, and ease of assembly.• Account for openings (windows, doors, HVAC penetrations) and load-bearing requirements.• Review and revise designs as needed to meet customer and project requirements.• Create Cut lists, estimate of Lumber and shop drawings ready for production.EWP designer (UESC-P3 Panels)• Perform load calculations to ensure floors meet structural integrity and safety standards as per OBC Part 4 and Part 9.• Analyze factors such as dead loads, live loads, and point loads to determine proper joist and beam placement. • Engineering floors using iStruct (Category of floors engineered: Custom homes, small scale residential units, Townhouses – side by side, back-to-back, Bungalows and Small-scale commercial buildings).• Generate 2D drawings and material list of the customized panels for the floors and dimensioning it as per required standards.• Update and verify Beam Calculations/Runs to analyze the loading conditions on the Beams and Joists.• Update the EWP estimates, floor material cut list along with Take Offs.
