About Kunj Pandya
I have a LLB Degree from Mumbai. While pursing LLB i started working with Kanga & Co. where I signed my Articles of Association. My main area of practise was Real Estate at Kanga & Co. Subsequently, i moved to IC Legal and transferred my Articles of Association as well. I mainly worked on arbitration and litigation matters at IC Legal. I have also worked with Senior Counsel Mr. J.P.Sen and worked on several litigation matters in the Bombay High Court. Subsequently, I went to Washington DC to pursue my LLM in Litigation and Dispute Resolution at The George Washington University. After completing my LLM i started interning at a civil litigation law firm in Washington Dc for a brief period of time. Subsequently, I had the opportunity to work for a Federal Court Judge in Washington DC. I moved back to Mumbai after the clerkship with the Federal Court Judge. My last place of work was at Solomon & Co. wherein i worked at the litigation department for one year.
