   As a Lead, I am responsible for leading the work of three or more Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) or the Hearing Office Chief Administrative Law Judge (HOCALJ) and employees engaging in developing and processing request for disability hearing from its receipt in our office to its completion, independently performing a wide range of case development actions and also performs the work done by the unit. Other duties consist of processing more complex hearing cases where analysis of pertinent issues and interpretation of the provisions of the laws, regulations, rulings, precedents, policies, procedures and guidelines relative to the cases is necessary.
