As a mechanical engineer with 5+ years of experience in product development and validation, I thrive at the intersection of innovation and precision. Currently, I’m honing my skills as a working student at BORGWARNER, where I prototype and analyze cutting-edge solenoid actuators. My work with MATLAB and obserVIEW has optimized vibration analysis, ensuring products meet the highest industry standards. Before this, I served as a Senior Engineer at Helical Auto Technology, where I led the design and validation of automotive components. From CAD modeling and GD & T application to APQP documentation and cost analysis, I transformed complex challenges into streamlined solutions. Notably, my leadership on an Exhaust Recirculation Control Valve (ERCV) project boosted turbocharger efficiency, earning accolades from clients and stakeholders alike. With a Master’s in Automotive Engineering and a strong command of tools like CATIA V5, MATLAB, and Minitab, I bring technical expertise and analytical rigor to every project. Beyond engineering, I’m passionate about process automation and improving workflow efficiency, as demonstrated in my academic projects and professional achievements.
