Analyse & review Monthly P&L and Comment on Key Cost Drivers and variances. Supporting the cost allocation review on a monthly basis (cost amendments, allocation key changes and ensuring follow through and completion) Monthly variance analysis at the BU level and corporate level and provide meaningful commentary. Preparation of monthly financial packs & presentation of financials in Monthly Review meetings to Business Area Leads. Manage the restatement and restructuring process.
