It’s a support project which takes care of the application support for the Order Management System which Mattel uses.Mattel Inc. is the world\'s largest toy company based on revenue. The products it produces include Barbie dolls, Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars, Masters of the Universe, American Girl, dolls, board games, and Fisher price games, in the early 1980s, video game consolesMattel uses an AS400 based in-house Order Management System called ISIS (INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR INTERNATIONAL SUBSIDIARIES). This system automates the whole flow of the order management process. It communicates with a bunch of 3rd party systems like DLF (TMS), Oracle Finance on its way to fulfilling the order process. The primary role of this project is to support the ISIS applicant and to make sure that it is running smoothly and performing all its functions properly without any glitches. The project takes up any incident tickets or requests that might have been raised by the end user of this application and take necessary action in resolving the issues or requests with in specific time-frames.
