   In IBM, I was hired (2013) as a Techno-Commercial SME Leader with a job to established Flash-based storage (next evolution in storage) in India and South Asia market, with key focus to benefit various industries to overcome performance issues from a slowest device in IT Infrastructure (DISK).And after 3 years from exponential growth QoQ and YoY with 5PB+ capacity sold by my region. And being consecutively rated #1 for highest shipped Flash product by Gartner.I believe the task is well accomplished.In 2016, I held the position of IBM Cloud Storage TechSales Leader and oversee, Top 10 Enterprise accounts and lead the Technical Sales team for West-India region.Responsibility for me and my team comprises -Business Development, Stitching the solution end-to-end, Technical closures and client relationships.Overall, I have extensive knowledge on - Cloud Storage Technologies for Analytics and Big Data based on Block, Object and File storages- Data Availability, Integrity and Accessibility- Server Technologies and Virtualization Software for Cloud- Industry practices in BFSI and Telecom, especially in Banking.Currently, I am holding designation of IBM Cloud Technical Architect and oversee top 5 strategic IBM accounts in West region.In this role, I am responsible for developing solution for clients from complete range of IBM systems including Best in class Power Systems, Linux on Power offering, AI, Machine-Learning and Software Defined Storage offering.This capability helps me to develop end to end solutions for clients in BFSI and Telecom Industries.
