Perform CAE for Safety System or Functional parts using advanced CAE tools to evaluate part / assembly performance based on customer requirements Benchmark related CAE trends and implement necessary advanced CAE technologies to improve competitiveness Develop CAE models and validate with testing to improve the robustness and accuracy of the CAE models Work with program team (engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers) to make sure early simulation is deployed to improve the impact of CAE on product design and development Serve as CAE subject matter expert for program team on new/existing program development Drive optimization by being actively engaged in continuous improvement efforts (kaizen)
