I am a data and analytics leader with 18 years of experience in transforming data into insights and actions that drive business value and customer satisfaction. As the Associate VP at Paytm, India\'s leading digital payments and financial services platform, I lead the central data platform team that serves half a million merchants, CXOs, and regulators daily with data, analytics, KPIs, and features. I also drive the cloud modernization of Paytm\'s payment data and risk ecosystem, and build fraud and risk models for real-time transactions.My passion is to leverage data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to solve real-world problems and create positive impact. In my previous roles, I built and managed cloud-based data and analytics platforms that supported the rapid onboarding of data, improved data quality, and enabled users to gain actionable insights. I also developed and deployed data platforms and intelligent search solutions that enhanced the merchant and colleague experience, and enabled personalized and contextually relevant information discovery. I have a strong background in computer software engineering and finance, and I have multiple patents and certifications in the fields of data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. I enjoy learning new technologies and applying them to innovate and deliver value.
