   Engineering Responsibilities:• Develop Scope of Work documents, Electrical Models, and Design Basis Reports in compliance with NEC codes, project scope, and available inputs.• Perform power system studies and detailed engineering calculations including load analysis, fault level, earthing, lightning protection, and lighting calculations (DIALux, AGi32 and Visual).• Prepare conduit routing and schedules, and size LT cables considering voltage drop constraints.• Perform equipment sizing for generators (DG), UPS systems, transformers, PCCs/MCCs, etc.• Design and prepare Low Voltage (LV) power distribution schemes, single-line diagrams, substation layouts, MCC layouts, lighting plans, power layouts, and cable/tray routing plans using MicroStation (2D/3D), Navisworks, Revit MEP, and AutoCAD.• Develop and maintain power and lighting Panel/Distribution Board (DB) schedules.• Generate detailed engineering drawings and layouts for lightning protection and earthing systems.• Coordinate with Instrumentation teams to check P & IDs to support plant automation.• Prepare and review technical specifications for electrical equipment.• Provide expertise in multidisciplinary process plant design and ensure model clash coordination.• Lead coordination of Basic and Detailed Engineering activities including cross-discipline collaboration with other service consultants as needed.• Well-versed in national and international electrical codes and standards (e.g, IEC, NEC, IS).Project Management Responsibilities :•Led project planning and kick-off meetings, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and disciplines.•Managed resources and scope in line with project schedules and input documentation.•Prepared Project Development Plans, effort estimations and risk management strategies•Facilitated weekly coordination meetings, inter-discipline collaboration, and QA/QC processes.Designed and implemented training schedules based on team skill matrices and project-specific requirements.
