   Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for key import clients, owning coordination across CFS, transport, and billing to ensure on-time movement and invoice closure- Initiate port → CFS movements by triggering the internal movement desk and tracking execution within the 48-hour cut-off- Track and validate DO & OOC before issuing movement and transport instructions.Issue transport orders and actively follow up on container movement and delivery timelines- Handle CFS and transport billing, including tariff checks, invoice coordination, and issue resolution- Send DSR (Daily Status Reports) to clients to provide live shipment visibility.Prepare a daily billing tracker (invoice generated + files shared for closing) and share it with management for billing status visibility- For one strategic client, manage 3PL warehouse movements, weekly MIS, and monthly warehouse billing.
