Develop relationships at all levels of the organization, acting as a trusted partner and liaison between technical and non- technical departments. Use influence and negotiation skills to drive projects, clear roadblocks, and resolve conflicts.•Support and drive technology and product development projects within Architecture, Development, and Infrastructure. Projects include product feature enhancements, resiliency and platform development, and net new product features. •Analyze complex problems and drive process/procedural enhancements - facilitating process mapping and continuous improvement sessions, identifying recommendations, and tracking improvements to successful completion.
