Hi, I’m Kunal Pathak, a Supply Chain & Logistics Leader with nearly 6 years of experience driving operational excellence, automation, and digital transformation across logistics, warehousing, and material management.I currently serve as the Functional Head – Logistics, Material Management & Warehousing at Trident Group India, where I manage a ₹1800 Cr+ end-to-end supply chain spanning automated warehouses, centralized stores, packaging and chemical inventory, and global logistics operations. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution—turning complex supply chain challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions.I specialize in technology-led transformation, including SAP WM/MM, WMS integration, and ASRS automation, enabling real-time inventory visibility, higher accuracy, and faster throughput.
