Find new Customers Power cable, Instrumentation Cable, And also special type of cable Attending Negotiation Meetings.Send the tender Enquiry and Budgetary offer to the respective vendor/ Customer for line items.Coordination with Plant for manufacturing and dispatch of our material.Arranging Documents & Data from External Stakeholders & Cross Functional Departments.Search and analyze international and domestic tenders, prepare tender synopses, and identify potential new customers. Develop the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on Single Line Diagrams (SLD) to ensure accurate material estimation. Issue inquiries and coordinate with vendors to obtain competitive quotations. Prepare detailed Construction/Project Schedules to align with project timelines. Develop Zero Budget Costing to optimize financial planning. Prepare Project Cash Flow analysis to ensure financial viability and effective fund management. Participate in negotiation meetings with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to secure the best commercial terms. Attend Pre-bid and post-bid meetings to clarify project requirements and contractual obligations. Manage and oversee all responsibilities related to EKD items ensuring compliance with project requirements.
