Provide SPM / ERM system support to projects and users at 2nd and 3rd tier levels using ServiceNow, proactively seeking out ways to help projects and users to maximize efficiency using SPM /ERM. Ensure high systems availability for SPM/ERM and related tools for ongoing project execution and future projects implementations. Optimize project delivery through its lifecycle, provide oversight and guidance on system implementation and support for SPM Systems on Major Projects, Services or Improve projects. Develop and maintain system standard build, application security, documentation, reporting, systems integrations, and participate in new release testing and rollout. Assist Project PIMs in planning and coordination of system configuration, implementation and training during start-up of major or significant new projects. Monitor the use of SPM Systems to ensure compliance with global standards and that each function’s activities support the next, and ultimately support the required and effective use of SPM Systems at sites. Oversee delivery of training to assess effectiveness of trainers and material presented in line with global standards and project requirements.
