I build and run enterprise observability platforms that keep complex systems visible, reliable, and recoverable — fast. With 10+ years as a Site Reliability Engineer and Observability Architect, I have designed monitoring ecosystems for large-scale cloud and hybrid environments where downtime is not an option.My core focus is the full observability stack: implementing SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs; building unified dashboards and alerting pipelines across Dynatrace, Datadog, and Grafana; and reducing alert noise so on-call engineers spend their time fixing problems, not triaging false positives.On the engineering side, I automate infrastructure and observability workflows using Terraform, Python, and Kubernetes — including building Python scripts that pull monitoring telemetry via APIs for custom reporting and anomaly detection.
