Job Profile:• Oversee PAN India WB-IOT & NB-IoT use cases in Smart Utilities, Smart Mobility, Smart Assets & Connected spaces• Project Management from network side for the India\'s largest IoT Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Providers (AMISP) like IntelliSmart (JV with EESL), Genus Power, Polaris Power, Tata Power, Secure Meters, Techno Electric for both NBIoT & WB-IoT use cases• Pre-Onboarding Support- Provide the coverage status (RSRP) of TSP network after getting Latitude & Longitude of the locations from AMISP• Onboarding Support- Leading end-to-end customer onboarding process for IoT solutions within MPLS-based networks, ensuring smooth device integration and successful POC.• Working closely with the development team to identify bottlenecks and optimize firmware, network configurations, and cloud integration to enhance IoT device performance• Led the investigation and resolution of network issues affecting IoT services, suggesting fixes that improved device success rate• Possess good understanding of the functionalities of IoT HES, MDMS, Smart meter profiles, RF mesh and cellular smart meters• Implemented automated performance monitoring dashboards for real-time tracking of IoT performance metrics and KPIs• Conduct in-depth analysis of various IoT KPIs & protocol trace logs of devices to enhance HES device success rate• Analysis of system data and user feedback to propose and implement improvements in IoT service offerings• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop custom IoT reports and dashboards for data visualization & to improve work efficiency• Interaction with clients to troubleshoot device and connectivity issues, ensuring alignment with performance SLAs.• Periodic meeting with customers for building relationship for future business growth & to provide confidence about best-in-class network service
