Work includes full-cycle FEA simulation using industry-standard tools and aerospace-grade processes. Key Responsibilities:• Implicit FEA for rotating structures like Propeller fan/turbine blade, Compressor rotors, Impeller blades assembly as per customer requirements.• Model splitting, CAD cleanup and volume correction using CATIA V5 and CAD fix.• Responsible for generating high-quality meshes using HyperMesh and ANSYS APDL in accordance with customer’s area of interest.• Application of structural and thermal boundary conditions via BCON and ANSYS APDL including contacts, bolt preload, couplings, and rotational speed (omega).• Post-processing simulation results to evaluate stress, deformation, and contact behavior, supporting design validation.• Ensure deliverables met aerospace quality standards through structured documentation and process adherence.
