My role involved defining the roadmap both at the short and medium term, as well as the long-term roadmap, and working in conjunction with the relevant cross-functional agile development teams and associated stakeholders, across multiple locations, to ensure successful delivery.As part of my role, I was involved in setting up an experiment pipeline, to be able toquickly innovate and validate new ideas at minimal cost, to ensure we provide value forour end customers, improving their overall user experience. As part of this, we would testout a hypothesis by conducting experiments in various forms including A/B tests and UserResearch. I’ve been able to talk about this data driven approach across the rest ofResearch Products, to help other teams be able to experiment, as well as talking at variousexternal conferences on the need to ‘Innovate to Accelerate’.Within my role, I’ve also been responsible in setting our quarterly OKR’s (Objectives andKey Results) with buy in from the senior management team, to give the team deliveryfocus, and ensure alignment across the business.
