I’m an Industrial Engineer with 5+ years of experience across design optimization, manufacturing, and operations. I hold a second Master’s degree in Data Analytics, which allows me to pair my hands-on industry experience with analytical tools to deliver exceptional, high-impact results.At Amazon I work as an Operations Engineer in last-mile logistics, leading cross-functional initiatives to redesign and standardize delivery station models across the network. I drive site-level and network-wide capacity optimization using time study analysis and statistical tools to identify constraints and quantify tradeoffs. My work includes developing and validating design scenarios, reducing cycle times and process rebalancing, and applying value engineering to lower fixed and variable costs. A significant part of my role involves operating in high-ambiguity problem spaces - structuring loosely defined problems into actionable goals and driving alignment across leadership by visual storytelling.Before Amazon, I built a strong foundation at Caterpillar and Schlumberger, working across new product introduction (NPI), manufacturing quality, and product lifecycle management (PLM). From launching new products and transferring global product lines to implementing Lean Six Sigma tools, I drove high-stakes decisions and grew into a subject matter expert.
