   Defined and contributed to various processes for SoFi. Ex. – Tech design template, Definition of done, SDLC changes to velocity, etc- Influenced Money leadership on a strategy for how to move the Money Org iOS and Android codebase to Flutter (in-progress). Goals - Consistency iOS and Android UX, Dev time of new features reduced by 30%- Fostered a culture of innovation through hackathons that helped ship features. Ex-Transactions Export- Utilized infosec focus to inspire team to build protections for member information that meet and sometimes exceed industry standards. This also informed end-user UX designs- Motivated the team to become a leader in Engineering Excellence (EE). As a result, the team was ranked #1 in the entire company for best in EE as measured by Cortex scores in April 2022- Led the team to launch multiple features for Banking customers via extensive cross functional collaboration with Business, Product, Infra, UX, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Operations, Controls Etc. Ex- CnS, CDD, APY Expansion, Beneficiaries etc- Influenced leadership to tackle tech debt head on by having the entire Money Org (40+ engineers) concentrate 70% of resources for Q3 2022 on stabilizing systems, reducing toil, reducing noise, and improving customer experience on the existing feature set- Between February 2022 and December 2022, drove on-call volume down 87% for the Money Org and down 96% for the Money Core Experiences team.
