Leveraged Spring Boot and Java to deliver robust backend microservices integrated with internal banking systems. Ensured secure coding practices and aligned development with compliance protocols typical in the Fintech industry. Collaborated with QA, BA, and DevOps teams across agile ceremonies, bug resolution, and production release cycles. Played a key role in debugging UAT issues, performance optimization, and integrating unit testing frameworks. General Motors – OnStar Guardian Integration (Jan 2025 – Present)Currently working on backend services for the OnStar Guardian mobile app and website. Project objective includes replacing a legacy CTI system with a modern cloud-native vDNA service hosted on Azure. Built secure API clients using Swagger Codegen to interact with dna-reserve and dna-match endpoints via OAuth2/Azure AD. Redis was implemented to cache tokens and reduce authentication overhead. Designed and integrated a toggle-based implementation to switch between legacy CTI and vDNA endpoints dynamically. Responsibilities include real-time log monitoring, API exception handling, UAT deployments, token expiry handling, and ongoing feature enhancements.
