As an engineering leader, I am responsible for building the vision and state-of-art engineering solutions to drive Microsoft Customer Success and Support business across all Microsoft clouds including - Azure, Office 365, Teams, Dynamics and Power Apps - Lead the vision and charter of Azure CXP Engineering, and delivered multiple applications/engineering solutions to support various programs to manage Customer Experience and Engagements that include Iridias, Customer 360 (aka P360/C360), Oslo (Customer Health), ACE Hub (Support application), Azure KB, Ceres (for CXP Engagements), AERS (Azure Events), Auris (Survey Platform), Corti (Feedback Management) etc- Lead Data Science and Data Engineering teams, responsible for the vision and delivery of Data Platform and self-serve reporting & analytics data stores for Azure CXP - Lead for Bing Ads Applications stack and APIs, shipped Bing Ads Web UI, Bing Ads Desktop solution, and multiple versions of Bing Ads Public APIs to deliver industry leading features and capabilities for advertisers on Microsoft and Yahoo ad platforms. Drove the vision and deliver of Dev Centers for Bing and Bing Ads for Satya N to launch services at //Build conference - Launched SmartScreen Filter services in Internet Explorer 8 (IE8), and shipped first-of-its-kind in the world web-crawler to analyze all the web content delivered through IE, and all Microsoft online services - Lead the vision, strategy and implementation of enabling Organizations and Contacts Search experience in Microsoft CRM applications. This project was part of CIO’s “Big Bet” initiatives in Microsoft and reviewed with Bill G.
