Previously, I was the Talent Acquisition Manager at Baazi Games, one of the fastest-growing online gaming platforms in India, where I led the recruitment strategy and execution for the company, partnering with various teams and stakeholders. Before that, I worked as an Account Manager and Senior Consultant at Posterity Consulting, where I specialized in niche, leadership, and executive hiring for IT/ITES, e-commerce, telecom, digital innovation, and analytics sectors. I have also leveraged social media and other online channels to expand my network and reach potential candidates. I hold an MBA in Human Resources Management from Amity University, and a Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science from Shobhit University.
