As the Head of Engineering, Security and Programs at Bigbasket.com, India\'s leading online grocery and e-commerce platform, I spearhead our expansive engineering and tech programs organization. My area of impact spans the entire tech stack, from various customer-facing applications to backend services, analytics, data pipelines, ML, infrastructure, QA, security and DevOps. We build cutting-edge solutions that power everything from ordering and payments on customer apps to our robust supply chain and logistics framework. We even offer this expertise as a SaaS solution for other large enterprises.With many years of leadership experience, I\'m deeply passionate about solving complex problems and building customer-centric solutions that drive tangible business impact. My ability to lead diverse teams, coupled with my strategic tech vision, allows me to consistently deliver successful, highly scalable products in dynamic domains like OTT, e-commerce, and supply chain.Previously, at Amazon, I led the Prime Video global content/UI localization and language experience team. Here, my multidisciplinary geolocated team developed world-class technology to scale media content localization across 30+ languages in 192+ countries/territories.

   I head the entire engineering organization for Bigbasket where my team of ~300 bright engineers and data scientists build an array of cutting edge software for all the various BB apps (Bigbasket, BB Now, BB Daily, BB Instant, Fresho, etc.) covering everything from order to payment, as well as the entire supply chain and mid/last mile software that gets used not only at Bigbasket but is powering the supply chain for other big enterprises as a SaaS offering.
