I lead the ServiceNow team for delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations globally. I have more than two decades of experience in helping clients in aligning their strategy, process, application, and infrastructure layers and suggesting optimum operating models across onshore, nearshore, and offshore for driving successful engagements. I have helped Fortune 500 companies in developing transformation strategy, optimizing application portfolio, creating enterprise service management roadmap and deriving value from IT implementations. My ServiceNow experience includes IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Global Business Services (GBS) Solutions, Integrated Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Security Operations, and IT Business Management.I am passionate about wellness of people around me and creating a diverse culture that fosters inclusiveness.
