Photolithography: Patterned 500 µm circular patterns on Si wafers for CMOS devices. Magnetron Sputtering: Created recipes for thin (4-10 nm) SnO₂ deposition on SiO₂/Si. E-Beam Evaporator: Executed nanoscale deposition of transition metals, such as Cr and Au. Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD): Deposited SiON film (60 nm) on Si. Reactive Ion Etching (RIE): Oversaw Plasma etching of 100 nm of SiO₂ on Si wafers. Profilometer: Verified thickness and uniformity of deposition of Cr and SnO₂ thin films.
