My name is KUMARI VAISHNAVI,currently working as Associate in VIKASH LAW FIRM, practising in all the district court of Delhi, High court of Delhi and also Supreme court of India. Graduate of LLB (Hons.).As a law student at Law College Dehradun, Uttaranchal University, with a consistent academic record and hands-on internship experience at the High Court of Jharkhand and the District Legal Services Authority, I am eager to contribute meaningfully to your legal team.Throughout my legal education, I have cultivated a strong foundation in Constitutional Law, Family Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. My practical exposure during internships, including working under Hon’ble Mr. Justice Gautam Kr. Choudhary, has enhanced my legal research, drafting, and case analysis abilities. These experiences, combined with my involvement in moot court competitions, mediation tournaments, and youth parliaments, have sharpened my advocacy and communication skills.As an Executive Member of the Youth Parliament Society and a participant in various academic initiatives, I have demonstrated my commitment to both leadership and legal excellence. I am also proficient in tools such as LexisNexis, SCC Online, and Manupatra, along with MS Office applications, which support my legal research and documentation work.I am confident that my academic background, coupled with my enthusiasm to learn and contribute, makes me a strong candidate for a role at your organization.
