Azure CXP - Engagement Collaborated with different customer engagement teams in Azure to process engagement data and leverage big data analytics for gaining valuable insights. Delivered on Teams bot to raise Escalation case as part of Hackathon Project “Escalation Hub” – which won the most complete category award. Developed data solutions that have reached and impacted over a billion users. The extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) process of Azure customer data has been executed through C# processor and ADF pipelines. This ETL process is being utilized by multiple teams and solutions within Azure CXP. Tasked with driving Azure revenue growth by developing customer-facing and internal Azure services while also prioritizing the improvement of overall Azure customer experience.
