I\'m extremely happy to share that I completed my schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya BHU and am currently pursuing my undergraduate degree, BTech in Dairy Technology from Dairy Science and Food Technology at BHU. I had the opportunity to participate in an international conference on \"Emerging Paradigm Shifts in Food & Dairy Processing: Advances in Food Safety, Quality and Sustainability\" and present a poster. In January 2025, I attended a dairy industry conference where I learned about various aspects of dairy and food science.Also an ex-intern at Amul Banas Dairy and gained valuable hands-on experience through in-plant training.\"
