I will collaborate with global leaders along with domestic leaders to understand and develop their talent needs with tailored recruitment strategy by providing insights on market trends. Along with this I develop and manage vendor relationships starting from contract and service agreement, and ensure the seamless execution of recruitment activities across different time zones. I oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding by implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging social media, job boards, and networking events. I track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement by prepare regular reports for leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations. My ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and expertise in talent identification will be key to my success in this role.
