Project Description:HHSC manages programs that help families with food, health care, safety, and disaster services including the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), Children\'s Medicaid, and Supplemental Nutritional Assistance (SNAP) programs. Roles & Responsibilities:• Develops and maintains processes, procedures, models, and templates for collecting and organizing knowledge into specialized knowledge representation programs.• Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools.• Conceptualized, designed and developed the RPA projects using RPA tools like Blue Prism, Power Automate and UiPath.• Gather requirements by interacting with business and from multiple walkthrough or shadow sessions of identified processes (to be automated).• Prepare process definition (PDD), Scope line (SDD), Functional Requirements (FRQ) documents and complete internal/business reviews of the same as part of initialization phase.• Design, develop and implement reusable components with workflow segregation as per business logics.• Set up RPA platform such as Dev/UAT/Prod environments along with required configurations with respect to RPA tool (like blue prism/Power Automate).• Co-ordinate with other teams like internal, business, networking or other DBA to debug/fix any identified blockers towards a smoother project execution.• Adopt latest Microsoft features like Loop and others to make reusable components while preparing project artifacts like PDD, SDD, FRQ & etc.• Review already implemented automated solutions to determine the development was in line with coding best practices.• Assist business in smooth transitioning of completed automated solutions as part of project handover with required procedure.Environment: IQ Bot A360, v6.5, Python, VB, Excel Macros, SQL, MySQL, Azure, AWS, Bit bucket, Git, Jenkins, SVN, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Jira, Work fusion SPA 10.2, ODF1 & 2, SNOW, Citrix, Java, Rest API, Micro Services
