Currently working as Ethics Evangelist for Tata group driving the agenda of Leadership of Business Ethics across all Tata companies.Ashwani has worked in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Ghana, Uganda, Republic of Congo and Democratic Republic of Congo. Experienced in mitigating ethical risks through development and implementation of governance structure, policies and processes for code of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, prevention of sexual harassment, supplier code of conduct, whistleblower, conflict of interest, senior management due diligence, gift and hospitality and investigation. Support organisations in assessment and building of ethical culture and action plan for ethics processes.In depth knowledge of forensic investigation process, tools and skills. Lead investigations for wide range of fraud/misconduct like financial impropriety, document forging, employee vendor collusion, technical fraud, employee misconduct, bribery and corruption.Conducted training and awareness programs for senior/middle management employees of various large organisations on ethics, code of conduct, and forensic investigation.Spearheaded organisation wide implementation of compliance monitoring and reporting mechanism. Worked on monitor program of DOJ/SEC differed prosecution agreements for FCPA violations.Professional experience across Tata Sky Limited, PwC, KPMG and TechMahindra. Ashwani has MBA and Bachelor of Engineering. He has also co-authored multiple white papers related to telecom sector.Certifications: Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional - International, Information Security and Ethical Hacking Certification and associate member of Certified Fraud Examiner.
