Kumar Ashutosh (Ashu) serves as a Product Leader with the Microsoft D365 Contact Center team. Drawing upon extensive expertise in CCaaS and CCAI domains and experience in AI-enabled product management, Ashu directs the development and definition of advanced autonomous contact center solutions. In his role, he he shapes the product strategy, crafts go-to-market initiatives, and oversees comprehensive execution roadmaps, ensuring the successful delivery of transformative contact center AI solutions. As an integral member of the Microsoft Contact Center leadership team, Ashu is instrumental in steering product success across EMEA, ANZ, and APAC regions, and leads the product team at the India Development Center. With nearly two decades of experience in product leadership and software engineering, he has consistently delivered enterprise-grade solutions from inception through adoption. His background includes the design and implementation of global-scale distributed systems for Microsoft Azure—including Azure DNS and Azure Virtual Networks— further underscoring his technical authority.
