In my first stint (5 Months), I have worked as the Strategy Program Manager in Flipkart wherein I handled automation project to improve the supply chain. I had the opportunity to work with number of stakeholders to deliver the project on time. My major roles were Planning, Governance, Stakeholder management, Risk Management, Escalation Management, Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation among others.My second stint (3 Months) is in Grocery wherein I am working on improving the retention of purchasers on Grocery Platform. By analyzing different metrics and enhancing it to improve the overall retention is the ultimate objective of the project I am working on.
