Working as a marine engineer on oil and gas tankers has granted me invaluable insights into the maritime industry and energy sectors. I take immense pride in my role within this sector, as I\'ve had the privilege of hands-on experience on each and every machinery, systems which once I seen, heard and studied during my graduation. Embarking on journeys at sea has been more than a career; it\'s been a transformative experience. It\'s taught me the true meaning of perseverance, the art of patience, and above all, the unwavering commitment to safety in every endeavor.In the heart of those waves, I discovered the power of emotional intelligence, the magic that happens when teamwork becomes a synergy, and how collaboration is the catalyst for collective growth.
