As a senior mechanical engineer at mechanical planning dept, here my targets are to: enrich the mech. Maintenance work of the refinery, to optimize the breakdown time, to look over on all rotary equipment’s. Vibration analysis of each and very equipment’s using CSI 2130 & 2140 instruments at the site including fan, gearbox, cooling tower, pumps, motor, compressor, gas turbine. Hands on experience with AMS software, preparation of database, reports. Weekly ultrasound testing. Weekly thermography testing. Using SAP ERP/PP for PR creation and BOM and overall plant work regarding mechanical planning department. Use to study all vibration report to minimize downtime of equipment and discuss with planning head to follow up with it. Follow up with planning team for various shutdown assigned jobs. Supervising of shutdown jobs unit wise according to given jobs.
