Growing up, I used to dismantle every device/gadget I saw in an attempt to figure out how and why they worked the way they did and then rebuild them to full functionality. Like everything else in life, I have had successes and failures. My broken devices were not enough to stop me. Rather, I approached my next \"experiment\" with lessons from the failed ones to ensure success. I would attribute my greatest wins to my extremely inquisitive nature, which enables me to understand what exists and opportunities to reinvent and recreate. I have completed both my diploma and bachelor\'s degrees in mechanical engineering and have worked in the manufacturing industry for 8 months. By the time I completed the bachelor\'s degree, my classmates and I had completed two projects. One is \"Design and development of a portable electrum moped\" and another one is \"Fabrication of a paper cutting machine.\" My studies have provided me with broad proficiency in the use of mechanical engineering methods, tools, software packages, and techniques. I am seeking a beginner\'s role to enhance and explore my technical knowledge gained at various institutions. I am eager to hear about potential career opportunities, so I would be pleased to chat about job openings in the engineering sphere.

Basic principles of aircraft engine (Gas Turbine engine) operation and have good knowledge of drawing interpretation (GD & T).Material Removal, Addition and Joining Techniques - Polishing, Ultra High-Pressure Water, Metal spray.Coating and Surface Treatments –Blasting, Etching, Shot Peening, Paints and Enamels.Inspection Techniques – Dimensional, Fluorescent Pentrant, Hardness testing.Investigate and find opportunities for process improvement, minimise the cost, eliminating risk and root cause.Untilize data and technical information from the Drawing, CAD model, Techincal Variance (TV), FMECA and Service Bulletin to identify, review the problem and propose repair solution.Schedule meeting, follow-up and lead technical discussions with Specialists (Rolls Royce, ITP UK) and CVE during India and UK time zone.Manage the Project effectively for timely completion and providing weekly status update to Customer.Author / define repair tasks, including substantiation (RS, RDR and RAS) as per the RR process.Data management- Create, store and manage technical package and provide continued support.Updating, reporting and tracking status in Kanban a RR Portal as required.Optimize Measurement processes to ensure effective flow through the plant.Support Engineering for Services (EFS) with delivering all solutions effectively and on time in the Repair.Strong understanding of certification and continued airworthiness requirements.Communicate with repair shops to collect necessary data for the repair development.
