At present, I am leading a team proficient in supporting and managing security technologies, including Sentinel, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, and Security CoPilot. Also, another team of skilled Support Escalation Engineers, specializing in resolving customer technical issues across various technologies, such as IIS, ASP.NET, Blazor, Azure technologies. Our goal was to enhance customer trust in Microsoft and improve their business performance. In this role, I managed customer relationships, ensuring they received exceptional support. I also played a vital role in driving Microsoft Product Improvement by gathering insights from customer interactions. I provided career growth opportunities to my team, fostering their development and acted as a mentor. This experience deepened my technology industry knowledge and honed my customer relationship management skills. Additionally, I excelled in team building, creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
