ABOUT KUMAR SUBRAMANYA B M

Kumar is a soft-spoken hardworking professional with a can-do attitude and can ensure a smooth flow of the project process while tackling the roadblocks in delivering the project activities. Leveraging over 3 years of hands-on experience in civil and residential construction projects, I am a dedicated and results-driven construction professional aspiring to excel as a project manager. Kumar has worked on a variety of custom High-End luxury custom and minimalist Residential projects. He developed exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate in constantly changing environments and set priorities according to them while maintaining clean transparency through his experience. He developed expertise working in MS suite including MS Project, Bluebeam Revu, Auto CAD 2D, 3DS MAX throughout his academic and professional experience. He gained hands-on experience in creating quantity takeoff using Bluebeam Revu, contract documents, scheduling, tracking, and updating the project progress up to date. His career goal is to be part of an organization involved in more complex projects while learning through new challenges. Outside of Work, He Enjoys biking, hiking and loves to spend some time cooking and savoring Indian Cuisine.
